When Cold can't shift into 2nd Gear

Wow have a hard time driving my G. After it got cold my 2nd gear grinds or i can't shift into it up or down. After driving for an hour i can shift into it but it grinds a litle Fmylife its a new gear box

It may be the slave cylinder.. that would be cheaper than a new tranny

Give the forum a search, you'll find multiple threads on this including one started by myself and they should give you more info.

Long story short and case in point, give your car a little time to warm up, run thru the gears while idling with the clutch down to get the fluid flowing, and when its time to shift into second make sure the clutch is to the floor and hesitate for a second after getting out of first, then throw it in.

Some people have been successful going through the dealership to get a new tranny...i'm not one of those. I just deal with it...and am planning to drive another car through next winter.
