Hey guys, I've had my G35x for about 2 months now i been wanting to buy some lowering springs but i just can't decide which ones to get. I see a lot of people on here with different opinions. I can't decide on which ones to get, Eibach or tein S/H tech. I saw a post on here of some guy that put G35 coupe Tein s tech on his sedan. I would really like everyone's opinion. Thanx!

Well before we can better answer your question we need some more info from you. What's more important, ride quality or looks? Are you willing to get a camber kit(s)? How far of a drop are you looking for?

The spring i have is tanabe and i like them. Minimum drop is what i was looking for to close up the wheel gap. I hear a lot of G guys get the Eibach.
Well i dont want to loose to much of the ride quality, but i mainly just want to close that gap between the tires since im not getting any rims anytime soon... And i probably wont buy the camber kit when i buy the springs i was jus plannin on doin an aligment when i drop it. Or should i jus get the camber kit?
I saw a guy post pic of his G with eibach springs and he said he didnt like it cuz it was to low, personally i thought it was perfect... So i mainly want to know if i should go Eibach or Tein?
Hey bluedevil can you post a pic of your G so i can get a better picture of how it looks?

If you don't want to lose too much ride quality you're better of with coil overs.Originally Posted by g35lex

Nah i dont want to spend to much money on suspension, my shocks are still brand new they only got 30k id rather lose the ride quality lol...

someone else posted on here they got Swift springs on their 35x and it actually improved the ride quality. I don't know where to buy them though.

Here is an old pix. still looking for the new one. But i am not at home so this will have to do. The body kit make it lower but the drop is only 1 1/4. I got the DF210 springs on the G

Damn man thats perfect for me... Do they bounce a lot? And are thry for the X or rwd?

Yeah I've only got 23k on my 2008 but am weary of buying just springs instead of coilovers because of ride quality.

Is a camber kit important to get? Why do we need it, to allow a greater adjustability when doing an alignment? Do I have to get a front camber kit also?

A lot people go with Eibachs because of the moderate drop, you have an X so your choices are limited!

It is if unless you have money to burn buying tires because of uneven wear Originally Posted by G35XX
