with slotted rotors in my experience with other car you usually only get 1-2 resurfaces and then you lose the slotted area

AND....

(Do you you think you'd get any more than one or two resurfacings on a blank? )

When you've worn the tread off your tires, it's time to replace them too isn't it?

( guess I'm not following where you're going here)

I think I would rather go with the R1 products. R1 is a vendor over on the Mitsubishi forum Im a member of and are pretty well known. Seems the members over there have had good luck out of them.

Just ordered the r1 concept drilled rotors for front and back along with decent enough brake pads all for $250. We shall see my friends will keep you updated... I drove a newer model g for a loaner and realized how badly this purchase was necessary after driving my g. lol

R1s are good as well as Centric's Premium line of rotors in blank, or the Stoptechs (centric blanks which are slotted or drilled)

I could have sworn someone did a review on those "ebay" brakes a couple of months ago. From what i recall great initial quality but they deteriorated prematurely and turned rusty.

Ditto on you bro.. I used to have this combo on my g35coupe for almost 3 years did not give me any problem.

-- after all don't buy something out of ebay especially its generic. Please note that in case that there's a problem occur there's no people you can count on to ask why it happen and what to do next. My only advise try to find place you can buy semi known rotor and pads after all its your safety were talking about. we have plenty of sellers around our market place why not try them. just my cent . (I changed the rotor and brake lines of my cousin g35c and I got them from R1 concept, until now theres no problem and in case something went wrong i can call a person to help me out)

Yup - Stoptech slotted rotors are nice and don't rust in the hat/internal sections. The 1 piece rotors are reasonable.
