Anyone done this with the fiberglass? Wondering about fitament and finish.
Was the surface smooth and unblemished? Old thread pics concern me. Didn't look as clean as the CF one.

i got FG and it was a perfect fit and no real noticeable blemishes, but that is also because if have a black car so its jard to see. But i remember when i got it there we some blemishes that were visible on the primer, but any reputable body shop would fill those before painting.

I won't be going through a bodyshop.
but I am reputable
I have molding and casting experience and it looked like there was brush marks from parting compound used on the molds in the photos on the old thread.

For the money, I want to paint and mount if it is pre-primered. I'll be painting it black to match my grill.
it was pre-primered and that paint job in the thread looks pretty bad cause the prep work was probably poor. If youre painting black and then you should be fine, when you order it just tell auto-kitX to make sure that the diffuser is primed correctly/smoothed out nicely

Check this video on an Altima sedan. The end shows a very good underbody shot of the attachment.

It is attached with double sided tape plus a center push type clip which assures that the diffuser will not fall off at any high speeds and the there are two small clips for each end to hold to the bumper. Its a solid install
