Question New Kid On The Block!

Just purchased my first G before Christmas and finally want to mess with the suspension! It's a 2008 G35 sedan Sport. I will soon be putting some mild concave style wheels on her and want to bring it down a tad so it just looks right! 20x8.5f and x10r. This is my DD and don't want anything to extreme in lowering it! With all the feedback out there I don't know what to think anymore! At first I was like 20's and lowering springs! Then from everything I read I'm getting that eventually my shocks/struts would just go shot! So I then said ok...what kind of coil overs can I get for around 8-9 no more then 1000 bucks?? After looking into that everything I read said everything in this price range was cheap and all had some kind of issue like makes noise, comes loose(bolts), premature wear, ect, or just flat out sucks!! These were brands like Megan, D2, KSport, Tein Basic, at this point I'm so confused and don't have a clue as to what to do when bringing this baby down just enough so my wheels look good on the ride! Fellow G riders can somebody please help your boy out??

Welcome, easy on the !!! Many here ride on BC coilovers, you might check those out. I think they are a little more than crappy ones but people seem to say its worth it.

I usually only see used coils go for 800-900 range - look here and myg37 classifieds.
