3 rust spots on the roof i noticed today..i am not going to do anything about it but..anyone else have rust on the roof?

 

the only tiny bit of rust i have is because of some small chips in the paint.

i just filled it in with touch up paint before i had my roof vinyl.

 

I noticed a large (maybe 1.5" diameter) on roof towards front. I think I need to do something about it 'cause its an eyesore.

Can I get touchup paint at the dealership or should I take to a bodyshop?

 

I just took a look around the car for kicks and noticed that the trunk is starting to rust at the corner of the chrome lip. I've read other threads on here but they seem inconclusive on whether this issue would be a bumper-to-bumper warranty or corrosion protection warranty issue. I'm guessing for the roof spots a dealer would say that was caused by external damage...but my trunk was definitely not the case so not sure what the deal is.

 

I had several rust spots on the trunk of my 07 and dealer would not do anything about it. now im curious to check my roof.....
