modify invida exhaust for awd?
was wondering if someone could shed some light on what needs to be modified. i found a link for someone who had a modified invida for sale, but could not find how or what they modified. ive found pictures of the under body of the invida installed on a rwd, was trying to find he under body of a 2nd gen awd exhaust installed so that i could a idea of what needs done. any help in the right direction would be great. if i do this i will make sure to write up a guide, that is if one is not already around.
This shop installed one on an awd. http://www.jtuneperformance.com/2010...iti-g37-sedan/ perhaps calling them and asking how they did it?
I think they have to kick the downpipe further out to clear the transfer case. This is on the passenger side.

update: exhaust came in the mail. looks great. bad news is that i found out the garage i work for doesn't have a welder for stainless steel. going to try to mock fit everything tomorrow with some pictures. at least to gauge what will need done to make it work. After that im gonna find a good exhaust shop and have them install it. Ill take after pictures to compare to the before.

Last update for the weekend. Had a good test fit today. Handed the passenger side post cat pipe to the welder. With any luck I will get it back monday. I took before pictures of the pipe to compare to the after. May even have out all done on monday!

ok it is finally done! i was not able to be present when the pipe was cut, however it was very easy to see how to make it work. After i got it back from the welder he said it was easy.
here is the stock set up

here is the after

some description of the cuts involved

these are some of the pictures that i took. i can get more detailed measurements if needed. after the modification to the pipe the rest of the exhaust bolted right on. hope this helps anyone with a awd who wants an invidia. On a side not i realized i misspelled invidia in my post title...can i change it?
