No sunroof = no Premium Pkg
$17500 seems ok for this car. KBB says it should sell for $16.7k to $19k.
07 Premium Pkg:
- Tinted sunroof
- Bose Studio on Wheels
- Divers memory seat, steering wheels and outside mirror sync
- drivers power lumbar
- power tilt/telescoping steering wheel
- one touch up/down rear windows
- ant-glare rearview mirror with Homelink
- Bluetooth hands free phone system
- heated front seats and outside mirrors (standard on AWD models)

$17500 might be to much for this car.

Now I see the sunroof.
Look for the other Premium pkg features. It's difficult to tell from the poor interior pic.
$17.5 is ok
I edited my last post.
Edit: ask for a pic of the steering wheel, rearview mirror or drivers door. It's almost like the owner was trying to hide the missing features so you can't tell. I think a sunroof was an option you could ask for without getting the whole premium package.

Can't tell if this has the premium package from the photos. You can get a sunroof package without premium package so you can still have the sunroof without premium.
The easiest way to tell is to look at the rear windshield at the subwoofer. Does it say Bose in silver letters across it? If so, then it is definitely the premium package. Another way to tell is to see if you have tweeters in the door next to the side view mirror or the speaker in the center on top of the dashboard.
I'm a little suspicious since this car doesn't have the rear "tail fin" antenna on top of the car. I have a 2007 Infiniti G35x with all the packages- tech, navigation, premium and it has the rear tail fin antenna for the satellite radio. Most of the Infinitis with the Premium Packages have the satellite radio antenna built in...
It seems to me that it is a base model with the sunroof option added in without premium package.
You can also tell if the passenger or driver's side door has a button for Set, 1, and 2. Those are memory seats on available in the Premium Package.

I was given a loaner from the dealership that did not have the premium package but had the sunroof. You can get a base G35x with a sunroof in it. Read my post above again just to make sure. I did thorough research when I bought my car used from the dealer back in May 2009. I paid 28k for a 2007 G35x with all the options, including tech, navi, premium package, and the wood trim option. It only had 21k miles, so I got a really good deal out of it.

If you want to really make sure, just see if it has what I've written in the post above. If it has everything I've written down, then it is the Premium Package. I'm still a little fishy because it doesn't have the rear tail fin antenna like most G35x's do.

Keep in mind that the 2007 G35x does NOT have an iPod USB input option. It only has the AUX in.

I think the car has Premium. If the owner says it has Bose then it's a sure bet.
I don't think many X's where sold without the Premium pkg.

17.5k seems like an okay deal, but I think that's the average you're going to get. I would probably push for 16.5k because it already has 59k miles and almost out of warranty. I believe another poster said that the elite warranty is not transferable...
