I would suggest putting it back to stock then getting it replaced. You don't want a dealership putting a note in your account that you modded your car so anything else that could fail won't be covered under warranty.

if youre not willing to go back to stock to be certain to get this repaired under warranty then just take the car as-is to the dealership first and see how it pans out and they might just fix it no questions asked, if they dont then just get it done yourself, btw there is a detailed DIY on here.

I called around and found many places selling the whole hub assembly for around $200.
(of course Infiniti was around $400...)
Rather than switching the springs twice and getting another alignment again I think I'll just buy the part and do it myself. I've read a couple tutorials and it doesn't seem that bad.
