I made an account just to say that your statement is complete bullcrap. The solo rider cops are posted all up and down the H-1 and H-2. The only chance you have to really get some speed is on the H-3 tunnel. Unless of course you're a part of that exotic car club that pays off the cops for their 4am speed runs..
