Rough IDLE (TBs are clean/calibrated)

Hello!!
I've been having a rough idle (engine seems to "kick" or vibrate randomly) while in "P".
It doesn't happen when there's load on the engine.
The rpm doesn't fluctuate, and everything's in spec.

It started happening about 1/2 a year ago so i figured it was time to clean the TBs/MAFs again. I've replaced the air filters, cleaned the MAFs & TBs (weren't all that dirty, just a slight coating after 2 years ) Perfomed all the reset procedures as before. I even pulled all of the ignition coils to see if i had a valve cover leak (phew! everything's nice & dry).

But the problem presists, and is very annoying because i'm used to a very smooth idle from my G

At this point, i'm thinking that my "drive-it-like you stole it" driving style may have messed up a motor mount or two.

Any thoughts?

I got my tune almost 2 years ago, and the idle has been buttery smooth since (i haven't had to go back to them). The roughness only started a bit over 6 months ago

I figured i'd try the stock ECU map last night. Still seems to be doing that.
Does the UpRev tune need to be "adjusted" every now & then?

I've called the tuner and described the problem. Since the rough idle happens even on the stock map, he's suggesting that @ 45K miles, my front O2 sensors are going out. He also said that the idle AFR is left untouched in the tune.
I hope to come in to the dealer for 45K-mile service, and they'll take care of the problem.

I'd say that an "issue-problem", but that's just me

Update: the tuner was suggesting that one of my pre-cat O2 sensors were going out (according to them, they've seen the sensors go out around 45K miles on some Gs).

I've had the dealer check all sensors and the service manager claimed that all 4 O2 sensors weren't skipping a beat.

The problem seems to have gotten more intermittent since it got colder.
Idk, i guess i'll wait for the sensor(s) to go & trip the CEL.

My car was idling rough only on start up...luckily it was still under warranty at the time. The dealer replaced both MAF sensors (said they were out of spec and suggested that the previous owner may have installed an "oiled" air filter such as a K&N that damaged the sensors)...problem solved.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, smokinn85!
I have that suspicion too (since i'm running K&N). But i've cleaned my MAFs twice already, and it had no effect.
I wish i knew what the "spec" was for our MAFs so that i could monitor them with my TORQE app through the ODBII

My pathfinder had a similar issue. Plugs were on their way out.
If it's just vibration and not an erratic idle, it could be motor mounts.

The problem is that it's random. I figure if it were the motor mounts, i'd always show symptoms.
Plugs are a possibility, but i've never seen platinum plugs going out @ 45K.

Any chance your tune has a random glitch?

According to the tuner. The idle is left alone (it's essetially stock when it's on park)...not to mention that the stock tune does the same thing!
