Which offset is better?

I am looking to buy 19" Varrstoen 2.2.2
I have two choices...
1). Front Size : 19x9.5
Rear Size : 19x10.5

Front Offset : +22
Rear Offset : +22

2).Front Size : 19x9.5
Rear Size : 19x10.5

Front Offset : +30
Rear Offset : +30

I also dont know what size tires to run.
I am currently lowered on springs but going on coils pretty soon just gathering the money.
I just want a nice set up that can be daily driven with no rubs but still look aggressive

I can buy used ones with tires for a decent price
this is the set up, but I feel they might be too aggressive

Rims Varrstoen ES 2.2.2
Front 19×9.5 +22
Back 19×10.5 +22

Tires Falken FK-452
Front 245/35/19
Back 275/35/19

You will be poking alot. I have +27 all around and i was poking 1" 1/2. I had to pull my fenders out to fit the wheels.

Can you test fit before you buy?

what about
18" JDM Rays Nismo LMGT4 wheels staggered Full Forged Volk Racing
18x8.5 +25
18x9.5 +30

Nankang 225/40/18 fronts
Falken 245/40/18 rears

those should go in pretty good right, remember I am currently only lowered on springs
