Why isn't a Window Roll Flash Module?

I have had my G for a few months now and I am disappointed in the lack of functions in this "luxury" car. I love my car, but come on!

one, the lack of auto door locks. My 00 VW and 96 Jeep have it.

anyway........ Why hasn't anyone made a flash for our cars to control the windows up and down?

This is what I bought for my VW Golf http://www.ecstuning.com/ES7204/

Well worth the money. 5 minutes and your done. No hardware to install.

Well, we do have to roll down function of the windows from the fob if you didn't know it.

You can roll them all back up by turning the key in your door lock and holding it...

Not all cars will have all the same features others have, it's just how it's always been.

I know of the window down...that's half assing it!

Not all cars have the same features, but when your buying a $31,000 car, you should expect a little more features than 96 Grand Cherokee.

My real concern is, is there not a way to obtain a few of these options by flashing?

The 2010+ models have auto doors locks that we can enable/disable.
Perhaps no one has mad a flash because there is not enough interest or importance.

When buying a $31,000 car, we should make sure it has the features we are needing, expecting or wanting.

^ I got the impression that the OP doesn't want to use a module.

^ what he said they make custom modules for all these issues and more and have DIY vids on youtube for many, very easy to do if you are decent with pulling things apart(door panels and such)... thats the best way imo

C'mon now, is that really a fair assessment? I can name at least a dozen things the G has that your GC doesn't, most of which are far more valuable in a "luxury" car than a windows up module.

That said, get the module from KPT. You can also get one that tilts the side view mirrors down when reversing, among other goodies.

You learn something new everyday. I knew you can roll them down, but I didn't know about the key trick.
