Very nice summary and great to here how reliable these cars are. I'm in the md/dc are too so I know what some of these roads do to our cars, its a testament that its held up this well. I've gone the other route by having a beater station wagon. It started out as a necessity for mountain biking, hauling supplies and moving the dog and turned out to have the side benefits of saving gas, reducing miles, lowering insurance and having something for the snow. So it works for me but I definitely hear you on the "work hard and drive something you enjoy all the time" front.

PS- you down in the VA side of dc? Never seen your G on the road.

Very nice, makes me feel better now since someone put so many miles on the second gen and its running great. Question did you change the clutch slave cylinder when you changed the clutch out? I heard you have to do it everytime you change the clutch. I cant wait to get my 6mt sedan.

Why would you not change everything?

My interior is holding up great. I do have the chips on the steering wheel. I found a CF interior kit I'm going to purchase soon

^ leather has aged slightly but overall interior looks great having been used for over 150k, shows how taking care of it is worth the effort.
