'08 G35X serpentine belt and PSF questions

Planning on a serpentine belt replacement and PSF change. Couple of questions for those in the know:

1. Am I correct '07 to '08 changed from the two drive belts to the single serpentine belt? And is there a preferred OEM belt? I found this DAYCO belt:
http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/se...erpentine+Belt

2. I did the repeat hand pump and replacement of power steering fluid through the reservoir on my other car, my clunker, but for the Infiniti I would like it done right and have a mechanic disconnect the PSF line and drain all the old fluid. If I have that done how much fluid will I need to get and should I use Nissan PSF or ATF? It appears the OEM fluid is Nissan PSF. I stuck with OEM fluids for the transmission, coolant and transfer case but wonder if synthetic ATF is a better choice for this job. The Nissan PSF is 12 oz bottles, not a quart.

My manual does not list PSF capacity and says to use Nissan PSF or Dexron VI type ATF.

I used the Dayco. There's only one belt.
As for PSF, I used a Prestone PSF. One bottle was enough for about 4 flushes (the way it's done in the DIY section)
