replace of driver seat-bottom or repair

I have a 2008 g-35x sedan. The driver seat bottom needs to be replaced or fixed. tIt has lost if cushioing effect. The leather looks saggy/ The estimate cost was over $2K. This is a heated seat bottom.
Any ideas?

you can get entire seat back and bottom slightly used for $300-450 online like ebay start searching

My seat bottom from Infiniti was 2600 plus 400 installation. Covered by aftermarket warranty.

I had this done in the fall on the last day of my factory warranty.

All they do is replace the bottom seat cushion foam and re-install the seat heater element and internals. Then the leather gets pulled over the cushion. I think the cushion alone is $400, but they need to remove the entire seat which I'm sure is where the $$$$$$$$ comes into play. Labor aint cheap!
