So today I noticed my driver side headlight was out on my 07 g35s sedan. 1st thing I do is swapped the bulbs thinking the bulb went bad. But no, bulb is fine. Next I checked the fuses in the fuse box that is left of the battery, and those are all good. Last I remove the headlights and swap the ballasts, and again it is not the ballast. I'm out of ideas, anyone know where to go next.

 

are all the lights out? just the low bean and highbeams?

 

Maybe check out your IPDM?

 

Just the low/high beam is out on the driver side. I'm going to go over the ipdm one more time but pretty sure everything looked good in there. Just wondering if I was missing something. And I am getting an "!" Inside a triangle on the dash, but I have nothing to read it. And live in vail co, so I'm 110 miles away from dealer.

 

Mine had the same problem 2 months ago. Ordered theretrofitsource kit and solved the problem. Before that, I just ordered an OEM (used) ballast and it didn't solve the problem. My mechanic replaced both ballasts and wiring and it solved it all.
