I dont remember the P code but I remember what it is about. The description is : Gross or small evap gas leak.

I get no more vacuum in my tank when I take of the gas cap but theres something weird.

This check engine come on when me car is full of gaz and goes of when its low on gaz.

+ I've experienced another weird thing. Sometimes when I start the car it just cuts off (that really appends rarely)( 1 crank and it dies) and after I re-start it and everything is fine BUT the check engine is gone and the car runs fine after.

And normally the check engine comes back after I full the gas tank...

Could I get any help on this? Thx for your time.

 

you need a new gas cap then, probably leaking around the seal thus the code when you have a full tank

 

P0455 Evap gross leak.

Generically, can be gas cap, vent control valve, cracked evap canister, and lots of other things. Usually the cap or vent control valve. In the rustbelt, the vent control valves are notorious.

 

Thx guys appreciated I'll do something to seal the gas cap better and if that doesnt work I'll see somewhere else
