My guess would be because it's the biggest import car scene in the U.S. They wouldn't be getting much exposure if it was a car in Kentucky.

 

How about the East Coast?? Especially the South East region where big rims are the style and lifestyle in the American, Import , and Euro cars. I'm in S.Florida next to Miami and a short trip to Orlando and Tampa.
