Ebiach prokit lowering spring what's good strut combo for it
I just order ebiach prokit lowering springs what's a good strut combo for my 08g35s sedan I want to keep it to closest factory ride somebody told me I can use my factory struts n will be fine can anybody help me
I kept my factory struts with my eibach prokit, and I've been riding fine for many thousands of miles. You don't need to upgrade the struts as far as I'm concerned!
I have G35x 2007. Stock 17' rims with Eibach Prokit.
Stock shocks and struts. No problems for over 20k miles thus far.
Stance is wayyyyy sexier and you'll notice in improvement in cornering and less body roll. Money well spent on this upgrade.
Remember, you won't need to get an allignment unless if your tire is new. The drop isn't significant enough to give uneven wear on tires. I'd say go for the springs only... and like any cars, shocks will eventually wear out.
As for the strut bars... are you talking about strut tower bar? (one you install on the engine bay)
I've bought it to gain less body roll... but I felt like it was more for the looks. So i've sold mine and couldn't be any happier in getting full tank of premium gas and a car wash

Horrible advice...Do it right the first time and upgrade struts/shocks along with springs...Labor is the same, and you don't have to worry about pre-maturely wearing out stock suspension.. An alignment is a must unless you want to shorten the life of your tires by your Toe being out of wack

Yeah it does shorten the life of shocks and whatnot. But we are talking about $200 vs $1000+
If I had the money, I would've gotten the coilovers.
