Window Auto Roll Up Problem

Both windows wont Auto roll up anymore... they will down but not up... just the front ones. First the driver, 3 weeks later the passenger.

hold the window button all the way up and when it closes, hold up the button for maybe 5 seconds more. then try it. should work now.

didn't have time to search since I was in a hurry... thanks a lot this is a nice feature for when the kids are in the car...
