I need some help for tune my g

I have question about which best exhaust and Intake ?
And I need the best thing for performance
Thing give my G more horsepower and Torque
I saw in some websites people say the best intake ( STILLEN Gen 3 Ultra Long Intake )
and the best exhaust ( fast intentions and invidia Q300 ) because they come by X-pipe not like Y-pipe
They say X-pipe don't restrict that give car power
They say HFC better than test pipes because no rasp nor drone and give car back pressure
finally I need your advice for tune my G
Bye!

You should probably search before asking questions like these.

There is a lot of controversy that intakes actually sacrifice performance on your car. Many people say stock intakes are the best.

There are also a lot of controversy about which exhaust is the best too. Just do your own searches on this forum and make a decision for yourself.
