Unhappy Humidity Inside Car?

It started raining over here in Cali, and I noticed my car gets very humid and starts smelling really weird and this morning my windshield had water spots inside large ones! Anybody have this problem or have a solution. 07 G35X.

Would the leak, be inside the cabin or in the engine.
As far as I know I don't think there's any holes in the firewall but I will check

I had a problem like this once. Big leak. Through all my windows. I was sitting at the dining table eating dinner with the car in the driveway and must have managed to pin my other keys against the "unlock door" button of my intelligent key. Which of course rolled down all the windows. Then it rained that night. Sigh....

My thoughts about this: check all your rubber seals around your car. Like windows and specially the rubber seal of your doors. It tends to dry up and crack during summer and specially putting some sort of car detailing products.

Check for clogged drains. Some compressed air into the sunroof drains, possibly debris in the hvac system. Is your carpet wet?

Also, even if it's not warm out, run the A/C. That helps remove humidity from the cabin.

Any recently installed stereo or alarm systems? That's where you may see poorly sealed holes for the wiring.

as someone else said, check the drain on the evaporator core. Check the carpet on the passengers side, you may need to pull it, to look under it. That's what I had to do once. My drain was full of leaves and algae.
