Windshield Washer Reservoir [with pictures]

UPDATE!: I hit the pump on the concrete ground a few times and it started to work again.

Problem:
Windshield washer does not spray water.

What i have tried:
1.Checking to see if the hose is being pinched.
2.Needle inside the nozzles to open the holes up.
3. Had someone turn the wipers on to spray water and didn't hear any noise from the pump.

I checked both wires connecting to the reservoir and only one had a current going through it (the one connecting to the small pump).

This is the wire that connects to the small pump:

This is the wire with no current (not sure what this is for? anyone?)

This is where that wire connects too:

Not sure if there is a fuse for the washer but i did notice there is a fuse missing in the fuse box and its labeled "H/L wash", is this the issue? if not what is the fuse for?

(sorry for the upside down image)

Anyone have any advice?

That's just standard IT department procedure when trying to fix anything

glad that it works out for you

h/l wash...possibly headlight washer, if that was ever an option somewhere in the world. best guess.

possibly re-seatting the connectors fixed it, but old fashioned violence is the only answer sometimes. good job. hope it holds up. maybe something seized or lodged in the pump.
