That link does not work.

Yes a 07 sedan part will fit your 08 sedan

Edit: here is one for $15 http://www.carid.com/2008-infiniti-g...ZHPtN9hRrw_wcB

Yeah, unfortunately you're going to have to purchase new valve covers. The valve covers on our cars have the o rings embedded in the valve cover itself so its not replaceable. Im on the same boat as you right now, I'm going to order the parts online and have my dealer install it. Dealer asks $780 for parts when I can buy it online for $370 lool.

New owner here. I bought a 2008 G35 last week with 107,000 miles on it and did a bunch of DIY stuff on it including brake fluid flush, oil change, and ATF drain and fill and spark plugs. I bought Denso FXE22HR11 Iridium Long Life Spark Plugs for about $10 each after coupons and discounts at Advance Auto Parts. Now for the bad news, when I got to the plug on the passenger side closest to the firewall I noticed that the plug threads were wet with what looked like fresh oil, the tube was not filled, just a small pool at the bottom( about a teaspoon. From the searches I have done it sounds like the valve cover needs replacing. The car is running fine and not throwing any codes. What have your experiences been with this, do I have to replace the valve cover or can I just periodically go in and check that plug and mop up any oil that is in there? Thanks

Your going to have to get new covers. I had oil leaking around the bottom gasket seal. Too bad they don't make/sell the rubber seals separately. I still have my original valve covers and I can sell them for cheap if you want. Then all you'd have to do is reuse or get a new gasket seals and save a ton of money.
