car struts quik when descending speed once n a while (feels similar to a tranny slip)

Hey guys my cars at about 92k and i got it last july at 78.5k. Im recently noticing some kind of strut like the car jerks forward quick (not anything vigorous) like i said feels like a very quick tranny slip (but like i said it happens when im decending speed). Im almost positive i read something on here about someone having the same issue and it being ONLY issue they had since owning the car. This is my first car so i have no idea what it could be. The only thing that has been replaced on the car (according to the carfax) was the drive belts at around 70k.

Anyonw know what this could be? Some sort of sensor?

Thanks peeps

now I may be wrong but Its when your off the gas and slowing down correct? If so then its just the car downshifting, mine does the same thing. Its just the way the car and tranny are.

Yeah I drive a 5AT and I'm slammed . So when I feel it downshift and kick like that I'm scared it messed up. Does are kickback multiple times?" When decelerating ?

I really cant see it being the downshifting (but what do i know), if it is its a bit rough and annoying for a downshift lol.. and no it doesnt do it several times just here and there but ive been noticing it a lot more often, i first noticed it a couple of months ago when it happened going down a hill (foot off the gas pedal). Im noticing it more if i pay attention closely while coming to a stop

It would be very simple to verify if it's just a downshift or not by simply shifting the car into neutral before you apply your brakes. If it still lurches at all as you're slowing down (while it's in neutral with just the brakes applied) then you've got something going on.
