Weird idle

on occasion, my car will drop below idle for a second or two....impacts power steering and a few other things until it "recovers".

What gives?

Probably, it has 109K and I've never done it. Heard horror stories about doing it wrong, so I've never tried. What is the correct way?

this is G35Driver, which also talks about the FX models, M35, and newer V36 platform.

Read the sub forum: V36 Sedan.

When you go to clean the TB unplug the negative battery cable. Pump the brakes and then turn on the headlights. This should kill the cars charge for sure this way. After cleaning plug it back in and start up the car. All should be well.
