Smile Very quick question regarding SES Codes!

Hello! My 2008 G35xS has been an awesome car. Recently my car threw codes P0031/P1148 . Ive done a ton of google searching and will admit I am still a tad confused and was hoping someone could just give me a solid answer! (and maybe even a tip if they know anything they feel could be useful to me! )

So of course as I mentioned, those 2 codes are on right now. Performance wise, car has no noticeable decline. ONCE in a great while there is a small shudder at idle where the RPM's dip down. As far as gas mileage goes, I have seen that decrease too.

MY QUESTION TO THIS GREAT COMMUNITY WOULD BE...
I need to order an oxygen (o2) sensor correct? ...and the one that needs replaced is the pre-cat on the PASSENGER side??

Any information or help would be much appreciated!!!

By the way guys, here is a picture of her! Absolutely love my car and the color. Car turns heads as it is, but after plasti-dipping the wheels, grille, and rear badges (except for the red S logo), it definitely gets alot of attention! I love the black wheels so much I think I am going to go for a professional powder coat.
