As the tittle says, I'm wondering if I should check for anything in specific when buying a 2007 g35 4d 6MT). I had a brand new vw golf, trade it for a brand new 2014 rogue (xtrail), so my concern is that i dont want to get into a hustle, never bought an used vehicle before, I did check some youtube videos talking about wear of tires, feel the body to figure whether the car has been involved in a collision (and hasn't been reported) thing like that, of course ill be asking for car proof and service papers.

PS: Ill be dealing directly with the owner, imo its the right thing to do.

I have actually found the ride, 07 with 72k on it asking 13145.00 US Dollar (16000 cad)

 

Nothing different from another used car, from all I've seen.

Had my '07 G35s from 55k miles to 90k and nothing at all has happened so far. Excellent purchase

 

Ty ikari, I'm planing on jdm oem the car and add wald body kit.... I fell in love with the car since I bought my first nissan.

Haha yeah! Saving up for it! It's not cheap... And it has to be ordered to be built... Not such a thing as stock parts... I got in touch with japan parts... Not cheap to bring over...

 

I would take it into a shop or Infiniti dealer for a pre-purchase inspection. It's not very expensive (~$120 US), and is worth it for piece of mind. If anything is found to be wrong or if the car needs service, it's a good negotiation tool.
