How much MPG do you get in the city?

Just curious, I am only getting about 13 MPG but online states it should be getting about 17-19 MPG in the city..

Note: I need to get oxygen sensor installed and I am wondering if that is the reason why my fuel efficiency is suffering

You have no oxygen sensor, or you just need a new one installed?

I see.

Well, yes, oxygen sensors do "wear out" progressively and completely non-functioning O2 sensors would yeild about half of your normal mileage. If theyre in rough shape, but still working it could significantly affect your mileage. Get them changed and check back in. Be sure to let us know if it fixes your problem.

If you have a bad O2 sensor and need a replacement, then your fuel economy is going to be lower than average.

I usually get around 15 mpg with city only driving. It really depends on how much traffic and stop light there is.

My '07 S auto gets 20-21 in the city and 26-27 on the highway at 65-70mph. I'm not particularly easy on it, but I don't drive like a complete jackass either.

16-17 city, 22-25 highway. I drive like a jackass sometimes, and a normal person others. On the highway I hate people who drive slow in the left lane so I have to punch it around them all the time >_>

Pfft...I get like 11 MPG in the city. Heavy AWD car, golf clubs in the trunk and a heavy foot are not a good mix.

Yeah, I've been somewhat impressed. It's not the 32-35mpg that my old Accord Sport 6-speed used to get, but not bad for 306hp and a relatively heavy car with old tech. Most of my city driving is with a lard-assed 56 lb bike rack and 25 lb bike on the back, and it always has a 25 lb hitch back there. Every additional 100 lbs is supposed to knock ~1% off of your fuel economy, so that weight isn't doing all that much.

It would be nice if it didn't rev so high on the highway though... a taller 5th would help a bit.
