I brought the Bose one my g 08 with Bose package. I'm try the inline ground loop as you suggested.

I tried a bunch of different adapters but I can't get my iPhone 6 to work with the iPod plug.

Something like this maybe?
Amazon.com: CoolStream Duo. Bluetooth Adapter / Bluetooth Receiver; accessories for iPhone, Samsung, Nokia, HTC, LG, Motorola; for Music Docking Stations, Motorcycles, Car Stereos: MP3 Players & Accessories Amazon.com: CoolStream Duo. Not sure if it works with the ipod interface though... might have to try and return to amazon if it doesnt work out. At least amazon has a great return policy

Yes, but I have tried several of those and NONE will emit audio into the system. I can sync it and they communicate, but no music.

wow.. i was going to post that BT audio sounds really bad compared to ipod input.. but i guess the new BT4.0 and that AstX or whatever fixed that bandwidth problem.

I guess if anyone is going to go cheaper, back sure it has BT4.0 support.

I'm using the Rockford device (BT 3.0) I linked to earlier and it works just as well as being directly plugged in to the aux jack. I occasionally get some noise in the line but if I wiggle the adapter a bit, it completely goes away.

According to this article: http://lifehacker.com/does-bluetooth...uck-1505063323

BT 3.0 - especially with aptX or A2DP - seems good...no need for BT 4.0.

The ground line kit works well, removed 90% of the humming. Do have tip to stop it from pop the speakers when I turn it up all the way lol.

Hi All -

I just purchased the Bose adapter after reading this thread. I am very impressed with the size and the sound quality, I did not expect the sound to be as good. I have noticed that it cuts in and out a bit at times. I changed the app I am using from Music to some others like Pandora and it does the same thing.

The other question I have, for those of you that have the Bose; does it start to auto play the music when you get into the car? Mine doesn't seem to be doing that and I don't know why.
