I recently got new tires installed then an alignment. I didn't read the alignment results until I got home. All of the after alignment actual specs are within specs. However, the Steering Alignment Inclination (SAI) for the front right was 8.8 degrees and the spec range should be 6.6 to 8.1 degrees. From what I read, they say a SAI result out of spec is indication of bent parts. Is this correct, and should I be worried about the result and do something about it? Thanks.

Bent parts, or more commonly on these cars, worn bushings. If you get under your car, and look at your lower control arm bushings, I'll bet they're very obviously worn and popping out.

My SAI is off too and If i remember correctly, there's no way to physically adjust SAI. Scraggle is right about the bent parts, it's just a matter of what part(s) are bent now. You can spend tons of hours and dollars trying to trace the bend but I believe you'll be ok as long as the big 3 are in the green
