Can matic s transmission fluid substitute for matic j fluid? I have a 07 a G35x sedan and it says to use matic j.

If it's the same for the 2nd gens as the first the overall capacity of the system is around 10.5 quarts and a drain and fill drains out between 3.5-4 qts. Yes I've done it a few times lol. I marked off an empty gallon milk judge in quart increments and use that to see exactly how much fluid drains out and then replace the exact same amount of new fluid. eBay seems to be the best place to buy the fluid as cheap as possible, especially if you buy it in bulk.
