2008 g35hr mods

I just bought a 2008 g35 6mt sport and was wondering if someone could give me a list of parts that’ll help me reach 280 290 whp

headers, test pipes, cat back exhaust and a dyno tune by a reputable tuning shop. Don't bother with the intakes other than getting a set of good filters (no k&n)

thanks do you know anything about the z1 intake manifold are they any good for gains
