The mileage is low but there was reported front end damage, the seller has almost no pictures posted of the vehicle which is a huge red flag for me. Literally NOTHING of the interior except a couple close up shots of the console and gauges... I would have it taken to Infiniti/Nissan for a full pre-purchase inspection especially around the front end, also have them put it on the alignment rack and see where everything is currently at.
