Useful info. Looks like I will stick with conventional oil and 4k to 5k oil change interval

 

For me I always use Mobile 1 5W30 with 3500 miles interval since I bought it used 8 years ago. I also drove it aggressively all the time and tested it 0-60 as below (all done in the same road, similar weather condition and near empty tank).

5.6s in 2013 70K miles
5.3s in 2015 90K miles
5.05s in 2017 110K miles

Even though I own 2017 GSF now, I always have smile on my face when driving my old 2007 G35S without any repairs (only with some modification like PSS10, Eibach sway bars, steel brake lines, Hawk brake pads, light crank pulley etc.)...
