Sounds like something vibrating against something else, inspect the catalytic converter heat shields. If you have a 6MT it might be signs of the throwout bearing wearing. I recommend getting a mechanic stethoscope and finding a local lube pit to use for a few minutes to isolate exactly where the sound is coming from.

Is there any way that it could be the engine or transmission? My transmission is automatic. Thank you for your reply. Im gonna jack it up later and take a look.

I found the issue, should I take it to a muffler shop? I have tried to put rubber to it, it goes away but whenever I rev it, it still makes the sound

if the noise is something related to the y-pipe/heat shields, consider geting a new one. after fighting with all sorts of heat shield rattles and leaking flex sections from my 06X y-pipe for a year i finally just swapped it with a new megan racing one a couple of months ago. it was only ~$150 new and was pretty easy to install if you don't count having the cut the nuts on one side. i spent so much time under the car trying to fix the old one that the $150 seemed so cheap when it was all done.
