2008 g35 base

snapped

I recently tried to get my thermostat replaced the mechanic snapped two bolts trying to install the new thermostat and we cannot extract 1 of the bolts is it possible to replace the whole cylinder head and what amount of labor would that require.

remove the front end of the car to get better access and drill the bolt out, isnt the thermostat mounted to the front of the engine block?
