Started with hazard flashers not shutting off, replaced the battery then this started
And no other power. No door locks, key woukd not activate car and then after a little about five minutes or more, power came back and was able to start the car but the hazards were flashing angain and the high beams were acting up.

Check for water or moisture contamination in the IPDM and the BCM, you have a hyperflashing relay which is usually a short somewhere and those two are notorious for water damage.
