I am in a situation where my car ( G35x 2008,119k miles on it) is getting P0021 and P0024. I am due for inspection here in NJ and I know its going to fail. Attached is the quote a dealer gave me for the repair. Does this make sense ? ( Attached PDF has the Quote in detail )

Yep, when those gaskets fail on the HR motor it causes those codes, and it's expensive to fix if you are paying a mechanic to do it because of how many hours it takes to fix.
