Hi so I have a 07 G35s sedan, I purchased it about a month or 2 ago sitting about 187k miles. Recently there’s been a screeching noise coming from the rear passenger. I can only hear it when I first start to move and it eventually goes away after driving for a few minutes. Any idea what it could be?

 

Jack up the rear and spin the tire by hand, good chance you have a brake caliper binding up.

 

Get rid of the rear passenger!
Sorry, I couldn't resist. You may have a dragging emergency brake shoe. As cleric670 mentioned spin the tire and see if it's free and try to pinpoint what makes the noise.
