Help with standing burnout 08 G35xS

I'm working on getting standing burnouts working on my 08 G35xS. I have VDC off and the AWD fuse pulled so it should be operating in RWD. When I apply the brake and give it gas the tires spin for a second then engine cuts the power still as if there is still some kind of traction control enabled. I've read somewhere applying the brake might be the issue. Any ideas?

There is a yaw sensor, somewhere, you can install an inline switch on. This is strictly for off-road purposes though I hope !

I also strongly recommend either putting a line-lock on the front brakes or getting the uprev tune with the extra fancy **** that holds the ABS front brakes while you're doing this.

Nothing wrong with a good smoky burnout but not at the expense of your rear brakes which are there for SAFETY.
