Recently I noticed that around 20-30mph I get some wobble in my steering wheel. Nothing crazy, but noticeable. I've rotated the tires(front to back), had the alignment checked/done, lifted up the front end to check for play in the steering linkage(or any noticeably worn bushings), and can't find anything obvious. The wobble is still there. Anything else I should check before pulling out the rest of my hair?
Stuff like that is almost always a bad tire or bent wheel. They would have found it when doing the tire balancing though.
It's definitely related to SPEED right and not engine rpm?
Dial runout gauge with a magnetic base. Lift and support the car, stick the gauge on the fender and set the needle down on the face of the wheel and spin it to see if something is wierd. Then do it on the rotor face with the wheel removed.

But wouldn't the tire rotation have effected that? I mean, if both are bent the same it would wobble the same, but what are those chances?

Yes, I've popped it into neutral while coasting and the wobble didn't change. Also doesn't really change with acceleration or deceleration, regardless of gear.

Hmmm, now to find someone who will let me borrow theirs. Rotors better not be warped, they've got only about 10k on them. No pulsing while braking though, smooth as melted butter.
Start with the easy stuff bro.
Did they balance your FRONTS ?
It's the cheapest fix and almost always helps.
If your seat or floor wobbles do the REARS too !
I have not had the tires balanced, only rotated front to back. Wobble was there before rotation, and is still there after. Nothing else wobbles that I've noticed.
Here's my guess
Your REARS wobbled more. Maybe you felt it more after the rotation.
Check the tread wear broski
If you rotate them back they might be fine. Plus it's free.
Bro it's cold AF outside ...
Don't go outside if you don't have to . Don't work outside in this weather
Do you have those USED TIRE places around you?
Those guys are fast !
Every minute counts because shops charge by the hour.
You can literally calculate down to the PENNY what every minute costs the owner.
Go there, and say "Hi . How much to balance 4 tires"
They'll say blah blah blah
Then you say "Sounds good. How much for 2"
They'll say blah blah blah
Then you'll say "No thanks. You're ripping me off" and walk out like a gangster ... or say "OK do 2 for now. Thanks"
Do your fronts.
Hand over $20
Drive around.
If it's good don't go back.
If it's not good enough you can always go back and do the rears.
New tires went on friday, no more wobble and my TPMS light is also gone now. Not sure what they would have done that would have fixed that issue, but I'm not complaining.
