G35 power issue EVO
Hey all,
Tried installing my EVO NIST1 into my car. I saw it came on briefly but then stopped. Got another one and it does not come on at all. Am trying to figure out where is it getting its power from. what fuse may have tripped. The outlet the evo uses are the keyfob holder, the diagnostic plug and the brake plug. Which one of those would give power to it and which fuse would be associated with those?

Here's a link to the FSM

Or you can start pulling fuses for a visual inspection.

I went to the link and is there an actual PDF call FSM? Not seeing it. Trying to figure it out. I looked at the fuses I think it is and they look fine. I notice my car will not beep anymore when I press the lock button on the handle. I toggle the unlock and lock button to try and re activate it but no go.

Go to the link. Find your year and model. Download all the files in that folder into one folder on your computer. You now have every chapter of the Factory Service Manual in your possession. Click on the file named ".fwd." This is the table of contents and is linked to each of the chapter topics. Click on the chapter you want and it will take you right there.
