Looking to service my ac system

Ok I've finally reached the moment when I can finally refill my ac after replacing the condensor from last years unfortunate incident 🙄. I called a few shops and after receiving quite a few high Qoutes I decided to source my own vacuum pump and ac manifold gauges to do it myself and save some money.

My question is this, is this as easy as YouTube says it is?

Seems pretty straight forward. I know I'll have to vacuum the system BEFORE attempting fill the system back up but do I need to add oil because I removed the condenser and install a used one? Or is the oil still sufficient in the condensor?

Also according to the FSM

So this is the amount I would need in refrigerant which is around 19oz?

Bumping this up, anyone know if I should add oil when I recharge (once I pull vacuum) my ac? I had go replace the condenser and I grabbed a used one.

If you are installing used parts, you should have the system flushed and new oil installed prior to refilling of the refrigerant.
