I figured the headlights may be different so it may not fit.

Another question.
Would the fender from a car with adaptive headlights fit a car without them.

Almost 100% sure but I haven't done much on G37 as far as body stuff goes. Ask around on MYG37.COM, folks over there will be better equipped to answer the question.

One owner 2004 G35 Coupe 6MT

The MY '07-'08 G35 sedan fenders should be the same part as the MY '09-'12 G37 (and maybe '13?) sedan. Parts diagram shows build dates 0806 - 0713.
