Help with big coolant leak on G35 sedan
Hey y'all, I discovered a pretty bad coolant leak a couple days ago when I was leaving the parking lot and have been searching everywhere in forums etc. Leak started from one day to the other and the car wasn't overheating or anything. I've been seeing numerous things it coul be be such as old horses, old clamps or possibly the water pump. It does it seem like its leaking at the end of a small hose where a clamp is so maybe it's that? I just purchased the car a couple weeks ago in which the previous owner had the water pump replaced along with valve cover gaskets, gallery gaskets and the crank seal this past December along with the paperwork.
I'm hoping its something like a loose clamp or hose but I'll be taking car into the shop within a few days to make sure. The car was a low on coolant in the radiator and reservoir when checked. I tried to take a couple of pictures underneath the car around the drivers side where the leak is.

Buy a telescoping inspection mirror and get a good flashlight, you can see every square centimeter of the car with one and it's very easy to find leaks. All auto parts houses should have inspection mirrors in stock, costs about $5.
EDIT: You shine the flashlight at the mirror, the light reflects off the mirror up onto what you're looking at in the mirror. Very easy to use.

Most likely it's the heater hose connector or connector with the bleed valve. On my 07 G35X the connector on the passenger side disintegrated and fell apart. It's just a plastic straight connector. The driver side heater hose has the connector with the bleed valve. If you take off the engine cover, you can see both from the top. They are between the fire wall and the engine. Real pain to replace. Not much room to work with.

Looks like part 24, if it's leaking from the front of the hose like the clamp just isn't tight enough then use a pair of angle head needle nose pliers to move the existing clamp further down onto the hose (past the metal nipple/barb that it's hooked onto) then put a worm drive screw clamp on instead. If you unscrew a worm drive clamp all the way it comes apart so you can fit it over an existing hose.
