The most Bizarre problem ever! Keyfab battery causes car failure!
I get this code and my 2008 G35 will not accelerate. However this problem only is present when my keyfab has a working battery. If I take the battery out and insert it manually, the car works fine. Except for one time I heard a buzzing for around the battery maybe behind the glove compartment and the key light was on for some reason. Also recently my shifter stopped locking between gears, the shift lock fuse is broken too?? Its all very weird.
Sounds like a couple issues, I know they seem to be related but I STRONGLY doubt they are.
As for the shift lock fuse blowing, I would start here, if the fuse is popping it's likely grounding out somewhere and could be causing other problems. You're blowing fuse 3 in the cabin Fuse Block - J/B yes? it's a 10 amp fuse?
P2103 isn't actually in the FSM, I think it's actually for the throttle control RELAY not the throttle motor itself, at least that's what Nissan typically uses that DTC for. This would also explain the buzzing noise you heard near the battery, that relay is located in the IPDM (engine bay fuse box located next to the battery). I think you should just replace this relay it might be chattering, broken, shorted on the inside, etc.
If you can't find the relay it might be one of the internal relays INSIDE the IPDM, you can follow the fuse power from slot 51, it goes through the relay then exits the IPDM on wires 54 and 70. Check the FSM for layouts.
It's also possible your IPDM is getting wet and shorting out that relay internally, pop the cover on the IPDM and check for any moisture, sometimes the cowl drains or battery box drains plug up and it water pours onto the IPDM and floods it out.

I must admit I was working on the car a couple yrs ago and i fell asleep without putting the battery cover on. A lot of water came in threw the glove compartment, everything seemed fine but prob is the cause.
Is there no way to test which relays are toast? The buzzing sound is gone.
I haven't had the V36 IPDM apart so I'm sort of running blind here, if it's one of the internal relays they are soldered to the board. Yes you can still replace them but it requires desoldering the old and soldering in a new. If you were getting water through the glove box (through the cabin air filter behind the glove box) then I can practically guarantee your IPDM flooded. You might just start looking for a replacement one. Did you ever have the cowl off the car? If it's not put back on correctly it will leak ALL the waters right into the battery box.
All that sounds about right, thanks. Ill be checking everything to make sure it doesnt get worse, not gonna wash it atm. Im having someone look at it next week but it seems fine. Keep ya posted
