Hi,
i've been looking around to solve the issue I got with my 2008 G35xS. Every time the cold temperature of winter comes around I always get a problem that will stay for all the winter until its hot enough to reset the code at a garage and not having to worry about having cold temperature afterwards. Its always the Handbrake signal first, then the other three appears such as the VDC OFF, SLIP symbol and CHECK ENGINE. And when my car has this problem, I can't turn on the cruise control, it wont let me set it and even make a beeping sound (as seen in the video). I think it might be an electrical problem but besides the fuse box to check I have no clue. (It might be something else than electrical)
Get the car scanned with a scanner that does ABS codes and find out what diagnostic trouble code the car is throwing.
I'm betting it's your tire pressure though, you have to set your tire pressure for both winter and summer driving since they fluctuate significantly due to expansion/contraction.
However if you are also getting the check engine light then you might have more/other problems going on. Any OBD2 scanner with protocol ISO 9141-2 will work with this car for reading engine codes.
My car doesn’t have the engine light on though. Tried to turn on the CC by slightly pressing on break but still no. Seems like after it beeps, it won’t engage at all.
any more suggestions?

My problem was the stupidest, I thought my problem was electrical so I didn't try to troubleshoot it, but it was just that my brake fluid was low and with cold temperature it would "shrink" qnd be below the minimum.
Mine would intermittently shut off on my 2006 coupe, only when going uphill. Turned out to be my clutch was starting to slip and I didn't realize it. The ECM is measuring engine rpm vs. wheel speed and if the two don't match up properly then it will shut off CC.
If you can't engage cruise at all though that's different. Do you have the adaptive cruise or regular cruise system?
Do you have ANY warning indicators on the dash at all?
