bad gas mileage

You are wasting your money buying premium. I had three Infiniti's beginning in 2005 and used regular 87 octane in all of them. The thousands of dollars that I saved over more than 17 years enabled me to purchase my latest vehicle that requires no gas and is much cheaper to operate.

But if I had to guess, I think I saved more money buying premium gas for one Infiniti, then purchasing three Infiniti's while using regular gas. I get your point though, I think I would have saved around $3600 with 87 octane over 15 years. I just think there are a lot of variables involved, and I'm comfortable with my choices.

whoever said 13 mpg if you drive like a jackass in town is on the money. that's me, but so well worth it lol
